Terms and conditions of sale
ARTICLE 1: Purpose
These general terms and conditions of use and sale (hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms and Conditions”) govern navigation on the site: https: //www.maxime-dubois.fr and the provision by MAXIME DUBOIS (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) of its services to any Internet user or visitor to the site (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). Full identification of the Service Provider is available on the site’s legal notices page.
ARTICLE 2: Access to services
The site enables the User to book services with the Service Provider (online booking). The availability of this service is not a firm commitment on the part of the Service Provider, who may at any time restrict access to it and the scope of the services and functionalities offered, subject to compliance with any contracts previously entered into. The site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User in accessing the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the User’s expense.
ARTICLE 3: Processing of personal data and Bloctel
Acceptance of the data processing policy by the User is necessary to use the services. As the Service Provider collects the Customer’s telephone number and e-mail address, the Service Provider informs the Customer that he/she has the right to register, free of charge, on BLOCTEL’s telephone anti-solicitation list, in order to stop being contacted by telephone.
ARTICLE 4: Intellectual property

It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that he/she chooses the correct service, adapted to the length of his/her hair and with the desired collaborator. The Provider cannot be held responsible for any errors made when booking an appointment online.
The online payment function enables the User to enter his/her payment details with the secure payment service provider designated by the Service Provider. A deposit of 50% of the cost of the service booked must be paid for services offered online. This sum will be debited via our service provider PLANITY / STRIPE.
The balance of the service will be paid on the day of the appointment, the choice of payment remaining at the discretion of the customer (card, cash or cheque).
Warning in the event of a no-show: Users who make a reservation and do not show up for the appointment with the service provider are informed that all or part of the cost of the service will be retained and/or deducted as cancellation fees by the service provider, using the payment details provided by the User. Cancellation fees and terms are indicated when the appointment is booked online, prior to final confirmation by the User. Acceptance of the fees by the User is necessary to use the services. From January 1, 2023, this fee will amount to 50% of the service amount (deposit amount).
Similarly, in the 48 hours preceding the appointment, the latter may be cancelled at no charge. The amount paid online as a deposit will then be reimbursed by the service provider. After this 48-hour period, the User is informed that all or part of the cost of the service will be retained and/or deducted as cancellation fees by the Provider, using the payment details provided by the User. French law applies to the general terms and conditions, excluding the application of the mandatory laws of the consumer User’s place of residence. The annulment or invalidation of one of the clauses of these terms and conditions shall not invalidate the other clauses. In the absence of amicable resolution of a dispute between the parties, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, excluding the application of the jurisdiction privilege granted to consumers, in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation No. 1215/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 12, 2012.
